Insight Agents do not display system model or alert panes

We are running various versions of the HP Sys Mgmt agents and I have noticed that 7.20 & 7.30 fail to display the "System Model" details and selection of agent components (via Intergrated Agents pane) don't work on our DL80's. Does anyone know if there is a fix for this or do we have to use 7.10A agents on the latest G4 servers? HP-SIM is showing that our server has a minor hardware condition but we cannot see the hardware state via the agents (see attached doc). Any help greatly appreciated as we are buying G4's daily and they are all having the same problem. Also, if we apply 7.20 or 7.30 to G2's or G3's, the same problem appears.
