Insight Manager Installation

I installed the latest version of Insight Manager 4.1.

When I start the application, the window opens up and a message appears in red
"Please wait. Checking for Java Plug-In"

It stays there forever with hour-glass cursor indicating that its busy doing something.

Any idea what is wrong.

Thanks for the info. It seemed to me that this may have happened after I installed MS security patches...but wasn't sure.

I will go ahead and install Insight manager patches to be on the safe side...however..I was able to fix the problem yesterday by upgrading Java to the latest version at www.java.com. That seemed to fix my problem yesterday.
