Install of Hyper-V on DL360 G4

Can anyone tell me if Hyper-V under Windows 2008 can be installed on a DL360 G4 server. If so, what needs to be done to the server to make it happen?

Hyper-V requires 64bit extensions and the Virtualisation (vanderpool technology) - if the G4 doesnt have that which I think it doesnt (it has 64bit no worries) however I believe only the G5s on have Virtualisation capability.

Only ESX doesnt require it and XEN (assuming your running only Paravirtualised servers - if you want HVM or run Windows from within XEN you need the virtualisation capability.

Also 360s G4 in particular dont have a greate deal of disk expansion unless you plan to hang it off the SAN.
