Installing 2nd cpu to Netserver LH 3

Hi, I have installed both cpu and vrm, p2 350 mhz or p2 266, but the system dind't start. What i do to resolve this problem? The single processor are functionally.
Help me please.

check this link if you are using correct devices:

It shows LED error codes in mainboard.
