Is the HP P/N: 507605-002 suitable for a RAID in Proliant & Storage?

Is the HP 300GB SAS HDD, P/N: 507605-002 which is: HP GPN: 375863-016 suitable for a RAID in Proliant & Storage? Is it HOT SWAPPABLE?- I dont mind if it has a SLED or not, I can take a sled from 72GB HP hdd which I have enough of.

I am deplying a few Blade Servers, some DL380 Servers and some MSA 70 Storage arrays. One of the HP resellers is offering the above mentioned drive at a lower cost than what other resellers are offering on the drive HP P/N: 492620-B21

I appreciate a detailed and accurate explanation to help me make a decision fast.
Thank you.
