J1474A no OSD available, no picture, but blinking of keyboard
Hello,
I have acquired a J1474A which I understand is compatible to a Cybex Autoview 200. I have connected the special cable to the server known to work, booted up the KVM, waited and then powered up the server. All I get is the Num-Lock-LED, the Scroll-Lock-LED and the Caps-Lock-LED lighting up at the same time at different intervals.
No OSD appearing when pressing Ctrl twice.
Any idea?

Christian
They OSD is invoked normally by pressing print screen
check you keyboard may need some combination like fn+prntscreen with blue color highlights
If print screen is not available pressing ctrl key twice within one second helps.
Tried all - check the power to your rack mount KVM monitor
