Jetdirect 615N

Had one die on me, got another one. Ran a test page, it's installed properly. I had been using the dead one on a network until it died. I tried to install the new one on the network using the exact same jetdirect software I used with the original one. I does not recognize it. Even when I put in the the IP address right off the test page, it still won't recognize it. I'm using a Dlink 4 port router with only one computer hard wired to it (the other computer is wireless). The internet is supplied by our building and it works just fine, obviously otherwise I couldn't send this question. I did turn off the Norton Firewall while trying to install the Jetdirect software. I'm in a Windows XP pro environment. What am I doing wrong?
