LH 6000r and windows 2003

I purchased a used LH6000r to run as a websever. I also bought windows 2003 web edition to run on it. It looks like HP will not support it but will it run on that server? Also is there anywhere to download the HP NetServer Navigator to burn to a cd?

Hi Dough,

as you saw w2k3 is not supported on that server but it probably works.

You won't have any added value from the Navigator CD since it won't help you to perform i.e. the assisted installation since that only works for nt/w2k, not w2k3.

The .iso images are not available but all drivers,BIOS and F/W updates and tools you need for the LH6000 are available on hp.com.

Thanks for the reply. I was able to update the firmware/bios and install w2k3 on the 6000. I am testing now and everything seems to be running smoothly.

How many BIOS drivers does one need to update? Is it just one BIOS update?
