LH6000r Post-Error-Message: Intrusion: Processor Area Open

I got 2 used LH6000r and on both I cannot boot, because the Post-Error-Message is in the Front-Panel-Display: Intrusion: Processor Area Open. I cannot flash the BIOS or get into it. I searched for troubleshooting and I only found that it could be the Hermetric Silicon Phototransistor, but I tried to boot the server when it was completly dark. It didn't help.

Any suggestions or solutions?
