LT6000r unresolved config mismatch between disk and NVRAM

Hi,

Can anyone help with a problem I have. One of our harddrives went faulty so we replaced this, when restarting the server it now comes up with a message:

2 logical drives found
unresolved config mismatch between disk(s) and NVRAM.

have gone into ctrlM -> configure ->view/edit/delete configuration

does not give the option of disk or NVRAM config goes straight to A0-0, AO-1 etc.
when you exit and reboot comes up with the same unresolved mismatch error.

Has anyone got ideas on how to resolve.

thanks

Hi Sushma,

Here are some links that will help you fix the issue.

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&objectID=tis00581&jumpid=reg_R1002_USEN

-

If the message does not change after failing the first drive, go back to Express Tools, force the drive back online, and repeat the process with each drive until the "unresolved" message goes away.

- This is a hard error to fix. you might have to fail drives one at a time to determine which drive is causing the problem. it is a long process; but that is the only way to fix it.

Best of luck,

Tarek.
