Lights Out Problem with ML350-G4P

Hi there

I have the following problem getting the lights out working on my ML350-G4P. It appears to be configured properly as I can access it remotely and from a local network but the problem is that when I try connect to the remote console, and administer it, a Java window that opens only displays a black screen. At the bottom of the screen I get the following message:

java.net.SocketException: Connection reset by peer: connect

I am fairly sure that this is resolvable but am at a loss as to where to look for the solution. Any ideas? kind regards, Pete.
