ML-350 G5 reporting 3,5GB on a 4GB SYSTEM

Hi,
I was instaling this server with SBS 2003 R2 Premium and I notice that Windows only reports 3,5gb of ram, since this will be a SQL intensive system I need any memory I can get, any Ideas on why and how to solve ??

The server reserves the upper .5GB for I/O resources, etc.
