ML 370 G2... HP Foundation agent stops after a few minutes

The HP Foundation agent fails... Windows 2003 standard server... I have uninstalled the agents and re-installed the most current, 7.20
But I still have the same issue.

I have a server doing similar ~ dl580. HP has replaced 3 CPU board so far. Has your problem been resolved.
