Yes, you can use the card in the DL380 and DL380 G2 servers in the 5volt PCI slot.
The SmartArray 3200 is a 5v PCI card and will not work in the Generation 3 and 4 servers.

i dont have the server in front of me but i could swear that it only had 2 pci slots...
just to revisit the server specs.. its a DL380 G2
