ML110 G5 Raid 1 build.
Does anyone have any idea how long it takes to create a RAID 1 array on an ML110G5 using the F8 utility at poer on. I am using 2 x 250Gb drives.

When we did it the other day it took us most of the afternoon to sync up, I would say a goog 4 - 5 hours.

Yes, I thought so, I have experience of the Adaptec 1220 card and that takes 4-5 hours. Did you do the build offline using F8 or can you do the build on line using the HP array manager.
