ML110 G5 and PCI two serial ports Card problem

Hi
I have server proliant ML110G5 DC X3065 and works goot, but... I will install PCI card with two serial ports (32bits PCI 2.1 bus, automatic distribution of IRQ). When I was install this card server are switching ON fail. When I return this card from PCI slot, then server works fine.
Have anybody any idea? Help me, please.

Maybe this:
PCI Card ver. 2.1 and 5V and server PCI slot 3,3V.
