ML110 Storage Server violation of license agreement and blue screen

I've purchased HP ProLiant ML110 G2 Storage Server few months ago but leaves it in the box. After first try to setup it today, a dialog appear inform "The server you are running cannot run HP ProLiant NAS software properly. You may be in violation of your license agreement. The server will blue screen in one minuet" and then blue screen shown with memory dump. After wait for restart it happen again repeatedly. How can I continue to finish this installation.
