ML150 G2 Problems install win2k3 R2

I am having a hell of a time installing Windows 2003 Server R2 on a ML150 G2. I get the error message that it can't copy the files to the server and it points to the cdrom D:\i386 location after the first reboot of the windows installation? I got over the hurtle of getting the correct RAID controller driver for the embedded SATA RAID controller.

I am using a new windows volume license version of the cdrom media. Anyone else encountered this problem before?
