ML150 G2 unable to boot up

When I try to boot up, I get a series of beeps and the system wont boot. I get a blank screen and I cant get in the BIOS. The series of beeps is 1-3-3-1. What does it mean?

I have almost the same problem.
But in my case I do not get any beeps! Screen is black.
When I boot, I get a light in the CD-rom for a little while. The fans are working. I have switched cables, screen,graphic card, unplugged battery, disconnected cd-rom,fdd, but not disks.

Anybody that can help me?

I tryed something here...
I stripped down the server - and then I got beeps! 1-3-3-1. Means troubleshoot the system memory or troubleshoot the motherboard.
How can I do that? Does that mean that I should replace the motherboard?
