ML150 G3 HD LED never turned off

Hi

I have an ML150, I have just deleted all raids created them again, and chose clear at create method.
Now the HD LED is always lid. When there is activity on the HD's the LED flashes a bit.
An I feel that the server is performing a bit slower than before I deleted the drives.

Does anyone have any idea of why it's always lid?

Lars,

Performance is based on the RAID level you choose,

The LED will be LIT up always its by design. You can see them initializing one by one while you restart the server.

Thank you for the reply.

I just remembered it as it was turned off, But ok, it's a long time since I last looked at it.
The raid is RAID 1 as it was before, but I probably just remember wrong there too.
