ML150 G5 server lock formatting second HD

hello everyone,
I have just purchase these two servere with same configuration.
2 x ML150 G5 with 2 HD SATA HOT PLUG 250GB
I have the same problem with first and second server.
I have succesfull installed Win server 2008 (sbs) then i have installed all drivers in fact i have non problem segnalatin in device manager section.
But when i try to format second hd (i see it from disk management) the server stops working.
The error led start blinking (amber led).
All is locked and i can only reboot with hardware button.
Have you any suggestion?
