ML310 G5 won't automatically start after UPS shutdown.
Is there a BIOS setting that controls the default power-on state on ML310's? When our UPS initiates a shut-down, then comes back on-line, the server won't automatically start - it just sits there in standby mode until you manually hit the power button.

Re: ML310 G5 won't automatically start after UPS shutdown.
There should be an option in power management section in your BIOS to make it turned on automaticly - At AC Power do : nothing, last state, power on.
