ML330 G3 can't see my Hard drives

ML330 G3 can't see my Hard drives

Good Day

When I start up my server at boot it shows me that I have 3 hard drives online but once windows has started up I get an error message "megamon new media error on secondary slave". When I'm in My computer I can only see my C: and the other 2 drives are missing?

What can I do to fix this?
