ML330-G6 ILO/NIC1 Share Config

Anyone know if there is a way to avoid getting disconnected from an ILO session on the ML330-G6 when rebooting, resetting the server or during a Windows build when it's running the network config...It's seems since the ILO is being shared with NIC1 on the box, it's not as stable or dependable as the DL300's / 500's product line.
