ML330 Proliant G3 Windows 2003 doesn't starts

Hi,

I have a ML330 Proliant G3 running Window s server 2003, a couple of days the drive C reported a bad sector, I tried to recover it, but when I reboot the server runs the bios but when it is charging the Windows server 2003 first screen stays ther and don't continue with the system.

Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated!!!
