ML350 G4P WINDOWS DOES NOT START

Windows server 2003 R2 doesnt complete the startup ... remain freeze on screen 'Applying computer settings'.

Before was fine ...

Boot without network cable plugs in.

In Windows, verify all network settings.

IP, subnet, gateway, DNS, etc...

Fantastic ! problem solve ... I remove the network cable and is back.
