ML350 G5 won't boot to Windows

Today when rebooting my ML350 it sees the array contoller and logical drive, but when it gets to booting from a device it passes right by the C: drive boot device. I can use the Windows server install cd to see my drives and I have checked that the raid controller is first in the boot order.

Assuming it isn't a faulty array controller, it may be a damaged MBR (Master Boot Record). If you boot the server from WinPE / BartPE can you view the data on the C: Drive?
