ML350 Stops on Press Ctrl -S

Please, I need help booting my Proliant ML 350. Each time I boot the machine it hangs up at where you have HP Ethernet Boot Agent V6.2.11, PRESS CTRL-S to enter Configuration Menu and does not go any further.
If anyone has encountered and solve a simillar issue pls, I need your help to get to my OS (WIN2K server).

1)Disable PXE through RBSU
2)Also check for the Boot order in RBSU
3)The problem could also be due to the LAN adapter ( If it is not functioning)

Also you can try this, go ahead and clear NVRAM, make sure you don't select clear NVRAM-boot disk.

If that resolves the issue then you can go ahead and update the Server BIOS from
http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/index.html

I have a DL385 that I am getting the same issue with, how do you run the RSBU if you can't progress far enough to boot off a CD also have the same problem trying to flash the NVRAM as I can't get into the BIOS?
Do you use the jumpers on the system board to reset the NVRAM?
