ML350 SupportPaq didn't load drivers for NC3163

I loaded SupportPaq 7.4 on several ML350s but one failed and I cannot uninstall/remove the drivers for the NC3163 NIC. I attempted to install an older driver with no success. What is the procedure for manually removing the driver? Is there a better solution?

What status of card from device manager?
In some cases would be best to Dissolve Team and Uninstall Network Configuration Utility. Than Uninstall card from Device Manager, than install Driver once more, restart server, manually removing Driver from system 32 folder and others might cause more problem and could involve registry modification.

Thank you very much for your advise and input. I had looked in the Add/Remove programs before and could not find any reference to the Network Configuration Utility, where is the uninstall for this app?

Thanks again for you advise. I realized shortly after I sent my reply where I need to uninstall HP Network Support for the device. The only problem is that Windows cannot find the device so there is nothing listed in Network and Dial-up.

Is NIC enabled trough BIOS ?

Yes, the NIC is enabled in BIOS. Device Manager picks up the device but cannot install it. None of the older versions of the NIC drivers work either.
