ML350G4 Ram issue
All,
i have Server HP ML350 G4
PN#:356003-421
and i upgrade it to 6 Giga of Ram distrbuted on slots as following:
1G PN#:331562-051
1G PN#:331562-051
2G PN#:413152-851
2G PN#:367553-001c
so server when check on Rams at Start on black screen it be 6 G of Ram
but when windows server 2003 SP2 start it be 3.5 of Ram ....??
Why?
i tried to install new OS server 2003 SP2 but same probem.
Please Help Me

I think this is limitation of your 32-bit operation system. MS Windows 32bit Standard Edition can handle only 4GB of RAM. Enterprise edition can handle more then 4GB of RAM with Physical Address Extension (/PAE) switch.

The /PAE switch is set in the C:\boot.ini.
