ML350G4p Fan Failure

Hallo,
My ML350G4p Server shut down with a Primary FAN Failure. I have ordered a new FAN but the new FAN have no spin too. THe Server will not start without FAN.
Maybe the Mainboard is broken. I will install a standard 12V FAN no HP.
Can I disable the FAN Managament or emulate the Tacho Impuls?
