ML370 G1 - problem installing SBS 2003 or 2000
I have a ML370 733 MHz with a Smart Array 2 controller and 2 9.1GB drives cfg as a RAID 1 array & 1.5 GB RAM - ROM BIOS upgraded to P17 12/18/2002
I start the setup process of either SBS 2000 or 2003 and proceed to the point of the DOS based setup where it instructs you to remove the floppy and the system reboots.
However, at this point the installation starts all over again???
If I take the CD out, it states:
Non-system disk or disk error
replace and strike any key when ready
What else can I try? Why does the Windows setup not continue?
Can anyone help with this? MANY THANKS!!!

Re: ML370 G1 - problem installing SBS 2003 or 2000
Hi,
I'm not sure exactly where the problem may lie, but have you read this integration note for SBS on ProLiants?
ftp://ftp.compaq.com/pub/supportinformation/papers/tc031008in_rev00_us.pdf
Maybe that will give you a few pointers.
Regards,
Stephen
