ML370 G2 w/ UPS won't reboot

I have several ML370 G2 that will not automatically reboot when power is restored with a Smart-UPS 2200 hooked up to it. The other servers reboot fine but the ML370 G2 servers will not. I downloaded the latest BIOS version but there doesn't seem to be a setting in there like other BIOS versions that allows the UPS to automatically reboot the server.
