ML370 G3 server often reboot itself

ML370 G3 server often reboot itself

There are no any records in IML and System Log (Windows 2003 Server). No sound signals are uttered. Doesn't observe any errors during POST screen. What are the possible causes for such server behavior? Is it a problem of mother board, processor?
