Is it possible to use 268351-B21 in ML370G2?

Yes, you can use the Ultra320 HBA in the server but you should "only" use it in the 3.3v PCI Slots. These are the 66MHz/64bit slots.

Mind that you will not get the full performance from the card...

You would have better use in this HBA though:
