Last idea (something I learned in the IT resource forum):
Set the system configuration switches 1, 5, and 6 to on, power up the server, power down, set them back to off again.
This should switch to the redundant ROM (and helped me the other day when I accidentally flashed a wrong BIOS).

I have to buy a new main board, 600├в ┬м, and the technic 180 ├в ┬м, very very expensive.

I tryed switches 1, 5, and 6 to on, power up the server, then I got a long beeb (3sec) and a pause (3sec) repeating, but when I power down, set them back to off again and power up again - still the same no nothing......
