ML370G5 Proliant error when shutdown dump physical memory

I install windows server2003, some software
when I restart or shutdown, error notice
dump of physical memory
0x000000B0,0xd000002,0x000000,0x8080d766)
I check all device by softwere disk boot8.15 all pass not fail.
Please tell me how I can repair it.
