ML530 + HP DAT 24i Problems

Yesterday after a W2K Server Installation following Problem occured:

AfterInstalling a W2K SP4 installtion without Problems on a ML 530 Dual Xeon 800, 1GB RAM, (2hd 9.1Gb RAID 1 and 4 HD 18GB Raid 5) on Raid Controller, + HP Sure Store DAT 24i on Internal SCSI Bus the DAT Drive is not working. While POST the SCSI Drive is seen at its setted SCSI ID. But the Drive is not accessible afterwards. (Loading and ejecting a Tape works) HP Library and Tape Tools even won´t work.
Changing SCSI ID had no effect, Changing SCSI Channel had no effect, SCSI Termination ok, Drive working on another Server without Problems.

What´s the matter ??
