ML570 G1- Error 1611-Auxilary Power Supply Fan Failure Detected

Hi, I have this problem.
Error 1611-Auxilary Power Supply Fan 3 Failure Detected and the server was restart it. Well, I already replaced the fan 3 by a new fan and the error still displays at the start of of the server and the front led that is in the fron of the server still flash in amber color. The led of the new fan it doesn't display any more the led in amber color and server doesn't restart it anymore.

I go to Compaq integrated management Log Viewer and display this:

System Fan failure (Fan 5, location Power Supply)

System fan not redundant (location power supply)
Port Error: 1611-Auxilary Power Supply Fan 3 Failire Detected.


Could you help to resolve this problem?

Where is the Fan No 5?
Threre are only 4 sockets.
