Is the below mentioned hardware and firmware version compatible with each other in terms of firmware version and will work with each other?

System comprises of DL 380 G5 servers with above mentioned Fiber Channel Card, running on Windows 2003 Enterprise edition. Servers access data and quorum disk (cluster services) from MSA 1000
