Memory Upgrade

We have an old Compaq Proliant ML350T01 P866-128K in our organization. It has 2 x 256MB of RAM and I am considering upgrading to 1 GB. I am also considering adding a processor as there is a place for one. Any advice, comments or warnings relating to this? What is the best type of memory and processor that will work with this? Any help would be appreciated.

Memory : HP or corresponding Kingston modules.
Cpu: can you find it .As a spare part the price should be too high

For the 2nd CPU remember that it is most likely that you have to reinstall your OS.

As for the memory I would also go for Kingston or Magic
