MicroServer Gen8 is noisy

Check that the firmware of your device is up-to-date. We run a bunch of Gen8 Microservers in our offices and fans are almost always between 10 and 20% (which is acceptable to me) - even with add-on PCIE cards and fully loaded with disks (AHCI mode). Is there anything "special" with your setup - e.g. RAID cards, disks with very high power demand,...?

FYI: Latest "system ROM" version is "J06 04/04/2019".
