Hello i recently buy 2 Microserver Gen10 Plus and in the first boot i try upgrade the firmware with intelligent provisioning because i have problems installing Windows Server 2019.
1- Upgrade intelligent provisioning to the last version 3.50
2- Try upgrade firmware with IP and it will be stuck and never finish, everytime I boot in to Intelligent Provisioning it gets me to the same screen. It just says "Waiting To Be Processed... 0%".
3- Upgrade firmware with SPP, all works ok but IP do the same. -P35935_001_spp-2020.09.0-SPP2020090.2020_0901.114.iso (9.37 GB)
4- Re install IP with 3.50 ISO but IP gets me to the same screen.
I cant cancel IP job and it never finish and cant do anything in IP.
Any solution for this?

Please cleave NVram on the server and try again, if the issue remains the same i suggest you to log a case with us..

Hello i cant find how to reset nvram in Gen10 Plus microserver, i try Restore default manufacturing settings with maintenance switch but same result.
