Microserver Gen10 Video Card

I'm building an HTPC on a G10 with the X3216 CPU and was thinking about adding a GFX card.

I was looking at a fanless MSI GT710  however just noticed that the heatsink would cover the X1 expansion slot.

Can anyone recommend a model?

Also perhaps could anyone specify whether the onboard graphics are sufficient to actually decode 1080p videos?
