my microserver is a Proliant hpk-hsnts-5151.

i try to re-install win server 2003 sp2, but when windows try to install the OS, i have a problem on raid1

try to download the new drivers for raid but where?

If you look at this document,  

http://h20195.www2.hp.com/v2/GetPDF.aspx/c02537061.pdf    hpk-hsnts-5151 is a regulatory compliance model number and not the same as the HP Product number.

The link I posted is the Windows 2008 RAID driver for the Microserver. According to the Microserver quickspecs Server 2003 is not a supported OS,

i try to install win2003 sp2 without raid-1 and the intsallation is succesfull.

but if i try create raid-1 and then install OS the installation can not find the hard drive.

what can be the problem?

You need a special driver for the RAID functionality,  but as Server 2003 is not an officially supported OS on the Microserver, HP does not offer a driver. Another option is to use the mirror drive function that Server 2003 offers.  You can also search around on the Internet and possibly find the Server 2003 driver from an AMD source, search for AMD SB7xx/SB8xx Chipset
