Microserver noisy at RAID 10 - Fan at 70%

Hi, my Microserver Gen 8 is constant at 70% fanspeed. Temperitures are ok.

I´ve 4 WD RED HDDs at Raid 10 and an extra boot hdd also as a RAID 0. I´m running Windows SBS 2011 Essentials.

As I have no chance to set fan features I would be very happy to get ideas!
