NIC problems
What is the proper procedure to replace a NIC in an LH3 server running Windows 2000 server? We replaced the NIC on this server and some workstations cannot map a drive to the server anymore. We've used nbtstat to flush tables and removed an re-assigned the IP addreess on the card, but some problems still remain. Any ideas?

Re: NIC problems
I assume that you're able to ping out through the card, and in from a client somewhere. If not, let us know, that's a different problem.
When you right click on properties of your network connection, is everything you expect there? TCP/IP, of course, since you assigned a static IP. File and Printer sharing is there, right? Are any of your clients using a Netware-style share? Just things to consider. My apologies if my thoughts are too basic.
