Net server LC 2000 not Booting

Dear Sir
we have hp LC 2000 net server with server not booting problem .screen showing press f2 button to enter bios and hanging . kindly give solution

If removing all the compnents from the respective slots and sockets and re-inserting them does not help. Then try using the Systemboard jumper to clear the CMOS and NVRAM. If that does not help, then the Systemboard is most probebly defective.
