NetRAID-1M won't do RAID 10 or 50

I have an HP NetRAID-1M Adapter (P3410A) Firmware: H.01.08 installed in an HP Netserver LH3000 U3. One channel goes to two 18GB SCSI drives in a RAID-1 configuration and the other went to five 18GB SCSI drives in a RAID-5 configuration. I cleared the RAID-5 config and added an additional 18GB SCSI drive to that array in hopes of changing it to a RAID-10.
When I try to configure the new array, I am only given the choices of RAIDs 0, 3, or 5. I thought this adapter offered RAIDs 0, 1, 3, 5, 10, and 50. What am I doing wrong?
I am running Windows Server 2000 (SP4) but I want to upgrade to 2003 R2. The system BIOS is 4.06.04 RN, and the Navigator disk I am using is M 04.05.

HP Tech Support said to load the latest drivers and firmware. I did that...I'm still only getting the the choice of RAID 0, 3, or 5 on channel one of that array.
