NetServer LH Pro Hardware Malfunction

Hello, from time to time my server stops with "Hardware Malfunction, contact your hardware vendor" blue screen. We've tried to change mother board and upgrade BIOS, but it keeps happening from time to time. It has two netowrk adapters and the NetRAID controller.
Model: D4843-60202, BIOS 4.05.16 PF, NetRAID BIOS A.03.00 Jun 1997. Thanks for your help
